Put Ya Guns On! Support Japan With Basara

Posted in News with tags , , , on April 18, 2011 by Cazza

This is so cool that I just had to post it. To help support Japan with the recent string of earthquakes, Capcom are selling limited edition Sengoku Basara shirts featuring the series’ poster boy Date Masamune. The shirt reads “This Country Is Strong. We’ll Never Give Up!”, which sounds exactly like something Masamune would say himself.

The shirt will cost you roughly 1500 yen, with 400 of it going towards charity. For such an awesome shirt, they could donate all 1500 yen if they wanted. Unfortunately the e-Capcom store is in Japanese so we don’t know if these shirts will ship outside of Japan.

Renegade Kid – Mutant Mudds Still Happening? Dementium 3D Too?

Posted in News with tags , , , , , , , on April 17, 2011 by Cazza

A twitter account for Renegade Kid character Maximillian has recently surfaced, along with a new Mutant Mudds section on the Renegade Kid website featuring a small sprite of Maximillian. At the end of last year, Jools Watsham send out a request to fans asking for over 1000 comments saying they would like to see Mutant Mudds on DSiware. Unfortunately, the total number of positive comments fell short of just 500. With the 3DS now finally released and the e-shop arriving sometime next month, could Mutant Mudds be heading there? Renegade Kid have something planned, that much is certain.

The news doesn’t stop there, as Jools Watsham has revealed that Renegade Kid is very much interested in making a Dementium title for the 3DS. A recent tweet by Jools reads;

Renegade Kid wants to develop Dementium 3D. Bombard SouthPeak with your demands… they hold the keys.

That sounds like proper confirmation to me. You heard the man, start asking SouthPeak for Dementium 3D now!

3DS: Smuggled out of Chinese Factory!

Posted in News with tags , , on January 3, 2011 by Jamie

Indeed! It seems that one employee at Nintendo’s production plant has managed to sneak out of the doors with a Nintendo 3DS hot off the line!

This is a bit of a pointless piece of “News”, infact its not news at all, its more of A titillating tale if anything.

But the lovely production worker, instead of breaking out the 0.0001 pixel shit grade quality webcam, has taken some glorious images for us to enjoy.

Pics or it didnt happen, Hit the Jump and it will happen!
