An Uncharted Movie?!

Uh, well okay then. The Hollywood Reporter are reporting (big surprise there!) that Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune is going to get a film adaptation. David O. Russell closed the deal and will be writing and directing the film, who has given this priority over his big screen adaptation of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.

It’s currently unknown who will play the dashingly handsome Nathan Drake, but Yahoo are betting on Nathan Fillion, or maybe even Nolan North, the voice of Drake himself. Chances are the film will be at least lightly entertaining, as all video game adaptations seem to be, but whether it lives up to the game and get’s 9/10 scores is up to fate.
